About Our Team

EVERY ACCOMPLISHMENT STARTS WITH THE DECISION TO TRY
Individual Therapy
Kristin

Kristin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She holds a Bachelor in Social Work from Providence College, a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut, and a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from New York University. She has been working in the field since 2010, and has experience treating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, trauma, Autism, and depression. Kristin also works with many clients seeking support for specific stressors, including breakups, dating, and career-related obstacles. More recently, she has helped many clients cope with stress and grief related to Covid-19 through secure telehealth sessions.

Kristin will work with you to develop a plan for your treatment, helping you to determine whether you’d like to work within a more structured, goal-oriented therapeutic approach, or a more open-ended, supportive one. Kristin truly loves working with her clients, practicing within a psychodynamic framework and applying structured skill-building and anxiety management techniques when appropriate. Each client is different, and Kristin knows that it is important to tailor treatment to meet the needs and goals of each individual she works with.

Ally

I am an LMSW providing both individual and family therapy. I work primarily with preschool-aged and school aged children, teens, and families. My style is warm and caring, beginning with developing an authentic relationship from our very first conversation. I hold a comforting space that feels nurturing while also holding you accountable. This is the place to be vulnerable, honest, and truly yourself. Let’s be real, no one has everything figured out.

My goal is for my clients to learn new strategies and skills that will allow them to become the best version of themselves, which will allow them to lead happier and more fulfilled lives. It is not always easy asking for help, so I applaud you for taking the first step. You might have identified goals or things you want to address, or might not know where to begin, either way I am here to begin the journey with you.

Rachel

I’m an LMSW providing individual and family therapy. I specialize in play therapy, grief therapy, anxiety, and attachment theory. Play is the natural way for children to communicate, which makes it a great fit for young children in therapy. I also often work with older children, teens, and young adults. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to the individual and family that I am working with.

When working with children and teens, I recognize the importance of including the caregiver in the therapeutic process. I use an empathetic and compassionate approach to create a space for your child or teen to express their thoughts and feelings, while also learning skills and strategies to use outside of therapy.

I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support for you or your child, and I am here to support you throughout this process. I'm looking forward to meeting you and helping you and your child meet your goals!
